Adjust resistance according to your strength. Set 3 Model: Easy, Normal, Hard.
- Warm-up Grip: Easy Model, 4 set, 12-15 reps /set. Two hands take turns.
- Working Grip: Normal Model, 4 set, 10-12 reps /set. Two hands take turns.
- Challenging Grip: Hard Model, 2-3 set, 8-10 reps/ set.Two hands take turns.
Change frequency to train explosiveness or endurance.
