Overall outward design is pleasing & good.
However, the "counter" depth model is very POOR!!! - can't adjust the shelves like the full (standard depth) size model. The shelves don't accommodate most "standard size" containers forcing you to set items on their sides. Filter is small and difficult to replace. Ice & water dispenser is the worst; the "Cubed Ice" setting gives you small(lll) cubes and lots of broken one. Hate using this each time I open the doors. Such a shame since we have a lot of other Samsung products.
