  • The Essential Coil Kit accessory works in conjunction with the Mini-Ductor Series Induction Heaters. It is plated to eliminate oxidation and guarantee contact and is designed to last several hundred uses or more (subject to type of use).
  • The Essential Coil Kit is designed to help safely and quickly heat and release small-diameter seized nuts and bolts and other metallic hardware from corrosion and thread lock compounds and manufactured in varying lengths.
  • Safer than torches - Utilizes induction heat that has a precise, localized heat and no open flame which reduces chances of catching something on fire, enhances workplace safety, and minimizes damage to the surrounding work area.
  • The coils are all flexible and can be bent to your desired configuration to reach hard corners or buried deep near plastics or rubber, or separated for a wider range of applications. The coils are specially coated to resist abrasion but, if insulation is breached, a new coil will need to be used.
  • All Induction Innovations tools and accessories are made and assembled in the USA and are manufactured with genuine OEM parts. All products are checked during the manufacturing process to ensure quality.

    I haven't used it much, but for the little I have it worked better then expected. I was working in an area with hydraulic hoses and access only from the bottom with painted steel all around. was nice not to have to repaint after using torch. Was a 5/8" nut, it was red hot in 30 seconds or so, bolt backed out no problem. Should work great on exhaust manifolds and anything with hydraulics.
