    When I receive the tie rods they appeared to be brand new. However when I opened the box, they clearly were used. They were covered in grease, one of the tie rod ends were lose(easily vocable by hand), and The cotter pin was missing. I know the product is good, but the vendor shouldn’t be sending crap like this.
