Product Description

The TurboChef 100011 mesh cooking basket is a replacement part that is suitable for use with compatible TurboChef ovens. The cooking basket fits TurboChef models C3, Encore, High H Batch, High H Batch 2, i3, i5, and Tornado. It is coated with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) to keep food from sticking. The basket has a perforated bottom for airflow and stiff sides to prevent spills. It measures 14-1/2 x 13-1/2 x 1 inches (L x W x H). (L is length, the horizontal distance from left to right; W is width, the horizontal distance from front to back; H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point.) This replacement part is approved by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).

I am afraid this product has significantly changed since the first on I purchased in January. The one I previously purchased is exactly like the picture. It has served us very well in our cafe. I recently purchased another one and the "perforations" are actually about 1/4 inch squares. This is a very wide mesh screen that does not work for items that may have cheese or crumbs, as it will not protect your oven at all. It all goes right through the screen.

Excellent product, I have been using this mesh for a year now it is the second one I buy. I bought it for my Deli Food restaurant and we use it constantly, every day, all day long in the turbochef over. If you treat it well it will last. Wash it carefully with soft detergents. I am pleased.
