    The two star rating is because returns were easy and quick. The pump was easy to install in place of the old pump from Polaris that lasted 7 years. It ran very quiet but only ran 2 minutes before overheating and having the thermal safety shut it down. I double checked everything and made sure water ran thru the pump from the main pump and all was good but 2 minutes is all it would run. I requested a replacement which arrived in a few days and upon testing it did the exact same thing. Apparently it is not compatible with my system. A shame, because the price was right.
