this s*** doesn't work. i put it in my truck a couple months ago and my truck still leaks oil. The bottle states that your vehicle should stop leaking within one hundred miles after use but I have driven it over three thousand miles and my truck has yet to stop leaking. I would not recommend this product to anyone as a quick fix it is a waste of money that you should just put toward taking your vehicle to a professional and paying them to take care of the minor leak situation before it becomes a large ordeal that will cost you a boat load of money to fix.

I have a 2004 Dodge Dakota 3.7L with a slow main seal or head gasket oil leak. So slow that between oil changes it only loses 1/4 qt of oil. At stop lights occasionally, a drop of oil will hit a resonator or other hot component and send a puff of smoke through the cabin. For additives, I've also used Lucas Oil Stop, Bar's Leaks Rear Main Seal Repair and Bar's Leaks Engine Repair. Each one reduces the amount/speed of the leak a bit but not considerably, after using during a regular oil change. No one product stands out as better or worse. I'll continue to try other products like this until I have to either get rid of the truck or get it fixed. Otherwise I'll choose which one of these products is cheapest, since they all work the same in my case.

My 2002 PT Cruiser developed a small leak (a few drops of oil on the garage floor each time I parked the car, and needed to add 8 oz. or so every few weeks) at about 110,000 miles. When I changed oil I went to high mileage oil and added the Bearin' Seal. Both of them contain gasket conditioners so I can't say if either one alone is responsible for stopping the leak but I can say for certain that within a couple of days there were no oil spots on the floor and I haven't had to add oil for two months now. The level stays exactly the same. If the leak doesn't return I'll just go with the high mileage oil at the next change and see what happens. I'll post updates.
