About the authors
Deyan Sudjic is director of the Design Museum, London. He is the author of The Language of Things," "100-Mile City," and "The Edifice Complex." and the co-author of "The Architecture Pack."
Ian Luna is the author (or co-author) of several books on fashion design, architecture, urbanism and industrial design including Louis Vuitton: Architecture and Interiors (with Mohsen Mostafavi); Louis Vuitton: A Passion for Creation; New New York: Architecture of A City; Imagining Ground Zero (with Suzanne Stephens); Retail: Architecture and Shopping, On the Edge: Ten Architects from China (with Yung Ho Chang); Tokyolife: Art and Design (with Toshiko Mori, Lauren A. Gould, Tom Mes, et al.); A Bathing Ape (with Nigo); Shigeru Ban: Paper in Architecture (with Riichi Miyake), Carhartt Work in Progress, Wedgwood, BEAMS at Home, Louis Vuitton: Art, Fashion & Architecture, and Louis Vuitton City Bags, a comprehensive taxonomy of the most successful line of accessories in fashion history, for which he served as general editor and contributing essayist.

Also, the "My First Sony" kicked me right in the nostalgia. Wonderful.
Another small complaint is the book misses some of Sony's very nice designs. Some of these absences are products announced after the book was published (2015) which is understandable. However some other absences I just can't understand. For example, the book doesn't include Sountina NSA-PF1 which I consider one of Sony's most beatiful designs.
