A really great learning tool not only for Buddy Holly songs, but for rockabilly and classic rock n' roll. The CD tracks are excellent, the tablature is great and easy to read, although as one reviewer said, it omits the capo that Buddy used on "That'll Be The Day." As I try and get away with not using a capo, this is fine for me. Jamie Humphries transcribed and recorded the guitar parts. If you're familiar with the Lick Library series, you'll know he's a great player and teacher, and this is just another quality addition to his output.

My husband is a big fan of Buddy Holly and absolutely loves this book, the music book is very detailed and comprehensive, he is very happy with it. I am glad Amazon had it, and Amazon is my preferred site to purchase items, great customer service, reliable, and consistent. The book is popular and had to be ordered with few months in advance as it was backordered, it took about 2 months for it to arrive, but all worth the wait.
