When I first bought this product it worked intermittently and found it had a defective cable. I returned it for a replacement which was very quick, easy and free. The new product is working wonderful. It does everything it supposed to do and the quality of the picture from any device is assume. You can't get anything better for this price. I currently have it plugged in to my computer's HDMI output and my Directv genie and the switch will only work and display Directv when my computer is on. If the computer is not on I can't watch the Directv while using this switch. This thing would be awesome if I didn't have to have my computer on to use it.

The people of tendak contacted me to check my problem with the device, which I found quite good on the part of them were very insistent in reviewing my problem, and finally they were willing to reimburse the full amount of my money which I found quite responsible , I am very satisfied that I have found a serious company and that it makes resposnable of its problems.
For some reason the signal is intermittent as if it had interference, just connect the roku stick and the signal failed, also the image on the screen did not look very clear.
I am quite disappointed, the TV where you connect only has an HDMI port and I thought that this would be the solution to connect several devices at the same time, but can not power well or a single device like the ROKU.

Worked well for the first month and a half, but it abruptly stopped working and wouldn't display anything on my TV. Used it for an Amazon Fire TV Stick and a blurary player. Was looking to replace anyway as I didn't like using this with my Fire Stick as it felt like it was overheating when used with this switch. If using or this, I would suggest a switch that has it's own power supply. When it worked, I did like how it automatically displayed the device that was on.

Update:
Company reached out to me to replace my device because of it no longer working. They really made an effort to rectify the situation.

OMG Love this item, it works like a dream! I purchased this item because my Vizio smart TV only had one HDMI plug in. I needed to plug in my DVD and my Amazon Fire Stick. I purchased this for a Ben-Q gaming monitor that has multiple gaming systems attached to this switch and then single feeds to the monitor. The auto switching feature makes it very nice and works like a charm. Instead of having multiple HDMI cables dangling from the single monitor, there's only one cable now feeding to one single HDMI input that's on the monitor. Turn one game system off and another on and it switches automatically. If you do need to switch between 3 online, or up and running consoles, or devices of any kind, you can also manually switch between them.
So I'm very happy this works as intended and recommend this to anyone needing a switch with multiple connections feeding into one HDMI port going into a monitor or other device.
