    The phone has been working well si far, however when I got the phone the box was already open, a lable was missing from one side of the box, also the plastic cover on the screen had been removed and put back on. However, all the accesories were sealed properly and in place.

    Love the crisp text, the dual SIM card slots (I use a SIM card from Consumer Cellular when in the USA & a SIM card from MOBAL for when we travel abroad - I just choose whether to use SIM card 1 or 2 when texting/calling - it's so easy!) , the microSD card slot, the reasonable price and the phone size. FYI: In order to answer an incoming phone call, press the CENTER BUTTON located at the bottom of the front side of the phone.

    The only item I would have preferred was a printed (rather than electronic) version of the user manual. I ended up printing the user manual in order to set up the phone.

    For the first three months I bought the phone I truly loved it, however it stopped working and after contacting Amazon, I was told the window is closed for returns. So I took it to a local technician who told me the motherboard is gone. It will cost me about US$200 to replace so iPhone is just on my dresser... The plastic is still on it as I only had it for three months. I was told it's a factory thing. Too bad I had to end up with a faulty one.

    I replaced an old Samsung Galaxy Note 3. This phone is a great value. Has everything I need at far less than half the price of the new Note phones. If you travel overseas, the two sim card slots are very convenient. Bought another one for my wife. I can't think of one thing that I can mention that I don't like about this phone. Also, it has much less bloat than regular US phones.

    A follow up on my dealings with SAMSUNG and NO RESPONSE from Smartimage
    I purchased Samsung Galaxy J7 International ;from amazon order fulfilled by Samartimage Last August the phone was to be used in Brasil. After 2 months it stopped working. I had the phone sent back this week to be repaired. However your comment is good for two months. and Samsung warranty is good for 1 year but I get anther year because I purchased it with my chase card. Samsung will not honor their agreement because it is a international phone and country of orgin/manufacture is unknown. This it seems SmartImage did not disclose this info at time of purchase and I'm out of pocket the 200 dollars I paid. QUESTION I HAVE FOR SMARTIMAGE IS WHERE CAN I GET THIS PHONE REPAIRED //SAN DIEGO CA WITH OUT COSTING ME MORE TIME AND MONEY

    I got this for the wife she had been using a old Galaxy Mega 5.8 and it was just out of date. So I pulled the trigger and got this for her. She was very happy with the purchase. The only issue I can tell you on this one is the picture quality is garbage. In all honesty the old mega gave her better pictures. But she has been happy and got hours and hours and hours and hours of use out of it any way! lol
