Best Case for Pixel XL 2 I have found so far!

This case is a great balance between durable and function. The built in screen protector although not temepered glass works great and doesn't bring any degradation to the screen or functionality. The reality is they have yet to make a tempered glass cover for this phone that doesn't fall off or fail yet. So I prefer the built in protection this case provides. The buttons are clicky and responsive and the protection it provides seems very rugged. The grip is smooth yet tactile and is easy to hold the phone. It slides in and out of the pocket easily. I have tried a lot of cases and a lot of close but no cigar protective options for the screen. This ticks all the boxes. Installation was easy. As to the reported rainbow effect, yes it is there from certain angles. But who looks at their phone from a 45 degree angle? When using normally, it is completely unnoticeable. The price is right, the protection is good, the quality is solid. I comes with a belt holster, which I don't personally use for the same reason I don't wear fanny packs either, but it is there for those who do. For 20 bucks? You don't get better than this. Recommend it highly.

I like that the outer case is one piece instead of having the plastic case then the rubber one. And I know many reviews before this had said the they couldn't end calls because the case wouldn't allow them to hang up because the screen wouldn't come back on but I've not had that issue at all.
I think that this is one of the best cases I've had for any phone I've had. I like that it has a built-in screen protector because the tempered glass screen protectors don't stay on the curved screens.
I did notice the rainbow effect from the screen protector but that was only on certian lights and at weird angles.
I love this case and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a durable case that has a screen protector built-in like what otter box used to have.

I've been an Otterbox Defender fan for years, but when I bought my Pixel 2 XL I was disappointed with the Otterbox. The Otterbox Defender case (for the Pixel 2 XL) no longer came with a built in screen protector, and in turn, would not hold on my glass screen protector. After much review reading and searching I decided to get the Supcase. I am completely satisfied with the quality of this case! The fit is snug but spot on! The case is also easy to remove if needed. There is plenty of room under the built in screen protector to use a tempered glass protector as well. The only thing I have a complaint about (and the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five) is the case feels a little slick in you hands, but it's not a deal breaker.

P.S. I have not had an issue (like I've read in other reviews) with the screen not coming back on after a call. Everything works perfectly!

I've had this case for months and it has been great at protecting my phone from drops and falls (and alot I have a 6 year old steals it and dropped it a lot}. Today my phone was set on the hood of the truck and forgotten. By the time I realized it was missing the truck had been driven to the dump. We retraced our drive and found it, in the road and it had clearly been ran over. I will tell you, the screen protector is popping in a few places. The case is still intact. The phone inside is still working. The screen is shattered, and is missing some pieces but this case has held most of the phone in place/together. When I take this case off I have no doubt this phone will fall apart. I highly recommend, and will be ordering a replacement for my new phone.

We found this one, it had great reviews and it has worked great and for a great price. **note, there is a sticker that comes along the bottom of the case when you receive it, it doesn't look like a sticker but it is and it is covering the speaker on the phone, be sure to remove it! We found that out after multiple calls said they couldn't hear us!**

Haven't got alot of time with it yet but I can't see why it wouldn't last for the life of the phone. It makes the phone easy to grip, it has a protective tab that goes over the charging port which seems important. My last phone had the charging port get jammed full of pocket lint enough times that it quit quick charging so I'm glad to see some protection here. The only potential negative is that the USB plug in is pressed on by the little tab, I feel it is unlikely to wreck it but I'm paranoid because I am so sick of broken phones.
