Pros:
Tons of storage, 4 usb ports, two 12V plugins, motorized recline and motorized headrests, bright lights that swivel, I keep finding more things it does! Also, it all folds away to look like a clean black leather sofa when needed. I use the armrest storage for a small book, pens, glasses cleaner, etc.
Comfortable. It's not super plush but that's fine. It feels similar to a luxury SUV's seating in terms o firmness and comfort. It seems well built so far, especially the fold down middle section. The tray and metallic pop up power strip seem heavy duty. No weird creeks or pops which is nice as I weigh over 200lbs.
Cons:
Shipping- Patience is required when ordering. No real updates on shipping progress. Take the day off to be there on the estimated arrival date! They left it curbside but our apt number doesn't correlate with the parking space number (Our apt's fault). I had to push the three separate boxes in. No biggie, they're as heavy as you'd expect but I was able to handle it. If you live upstairs, get a hand truck or a helping hand.
Assembly- 30 mins, due to a few mistakes, which is normal for me. I mean just unboxing and unwrapping, and matching the bottoms to the tops, etc. The part that stunk was our sofa was missing a power supply to complete all the circuitry. Customer service took about 4 phone calls and 10 days to got the power supply in the mail. The vibe I got was they are a small team and that's where some patience comes in. But they did resolve my issue, mistakes happen, and now that the sofa works, we're happy! So thank you!
