Got it up and it works fine and looks great! I used clear mailing tape to hold the template in place. Drill right through tape to make screw holes. I USE WALL DOG SCREWS FOR A TIGHT HOLD WITH NO ANCHORS NEEDED 😁 drive screws into wall to mess only minium tight.left side swival may not work if too tight. Included allen wrench was a reak plus. However, getting the set screw right was a challenge.
When you get the set screw snug, you will have success😄😃😁
UPDATE, months later. Unit came loose from the wall due to poor design😡 Pivots from the base of wall causing stress on the base and loose screws. I ended up purchasing a much better product from Amazon by American Standard $31.00 and worth it. This model does not pitot from the base. Rather, pivots from a point at end of arm. Easy to install, looks great, bold, with class. Very good product😅😄😃😁 All other tp holders suffered from same issue. Look for one and two star reviews to reveal this design flaw😄
