    So great to find this part for under $15! Most appliance stores and online parts store want way to much. These fit my 15+yr old oven (That still works great!) There are 3 Knobs in a pack and shipping was quick! The first two went on easy but the last one I had to pinch the metal slightly closer but went on perfectly snug.

    These were a perfect fit for our older model GE stove. As was mentioned in another review they take some pushing to get them on, but once on they work great. Just make sure they are aligned with the slot in the stem when you push them on.

    Shipped and arrived on time. As others mentioned, these do work if your GE range/stove has an an analog clock. Am grateful we read several reviews and to the reviewers who mentioned to check for remaining broken bits from old knobs still in the shaft. The new knobs appeared to not fit until we looked closer and realized that was our issue. Used a flat head screwdriver to gently slide the old bits out. Afterward, the new knobs slid on completely and fit tightly. Is a pleasure to no longer need a pair of pliers nearby.

    The clock knob on my Tappan Electric Range reached the end of its useful life. The center "spring" had come loose from the rest of the knob and, hence, I could no longer set the timer or change the clock unless I used an external tool like pliers! This item fit the clock stem perfectly and I can once again set the timer and adjust the clock with ease.

    What I'm going to do with the TWO extra knobs isn't too much of a concern since the shipping was quick and the price was reasonable. I suspect the new knob will outlast the range.

    Well, 1 out 3 knobs work! I am trying to decide if returning the item and having replacements sent would be worth the hassle of having the same result - return, replace, return (you get the picture). There is a little metal piece inside the knobs which should fit between the metal prongs on your stove timers; only 1 of mine fit properly. I might try to gently squeeze the little metal piece inside the knobs - once I find my needle nose pliers!! Of course, if I break it, returning knobs is a moot point.

    I purchased these knobs to replace the broken set that was literally just hanging on and/or falling on to the cook top. I was afraid to put too much pressure on them while installing them, because it didn't seem like they were going to fit at first, so I made my husband do it and they went on beautifully. So don't be afraid to apply the extra pressure. They look great and now I don't have to worry about them falling off anymore.
