Louisiana Fish Fry Products
In a 4 quart pot, combine 2 quarts of cold water or chicken stock and Cajun Gumbo Base. Stir well and bring to a boil. Add 2 to 3 pounds of your favorite boneless meat (chicken, turkey, and/or sausage). Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over your favorite rice, pasta or grits.
