Aelia olive oil was founded on the premise that one day millions around the globe could enjoy pure, high quality olive oil from the extraordinary lands of Palestine/ Israel. Our olives are currently grown in Jerusalem and prepared with one of the most advanced''cold pressing methods'' available ; we've received great feedback so far and are confident we'll be expanding olive cultivation to further lands. We will however keep the olives that are grown and pressed for Aelia olive oil within Palestine / Israeli land. Planting olive trees isn't a new phenomenon from the middle of the 21st century; there were olive trees here when Abraham, Jesus and the Prophet Mohammed walked on these lands. This has caused a trickle-down effect of only the best practices and methods being passed down for growing and pressing olives. At Aleia olive oil we're expanding on these methods and want the world to see and taste it in the comfort of their own homes. We've taken some of the methods passed down from our fathers, grandfathers and great grandfather's to grow and press only the best of olives. There's so much flavor you'll never get enough, the possibilities with thousands of meals will have you hooked. Many of the olive trees we use were used by previous generations and included taking a small cup of straight extra virgin in the morning. You won't drink olive oil straight unless it wakes the senses. You feel our olive oil coming down to your chest, the taste and aroma is taking you over, it's as if you're in the ancient olive fields of our holy land ancestors. We're here for super high quality olive oil; we love it and want to share it with everyone regardless of race, religion, creed etc. We'll never add a process that takes away from the quality of the olives but as we expand there is room for more efficiency. This in turn will help bring the prices down which get passed down to the consumer..
