The Blackberry Balsamic in this recipe is used to naturally sweeten and tone down the tart flavor of our base recipe - a traditional wine vinaigrette. Robust or Mellow in this form are good pairings with fruit or to lighten up a salad that contains dried or fresh fruit. Also delicious to marinate, saute or bake meats that typically use fruit as a seasoning such as lamb, pork or fish. Mellow and Robust in this version are both less pungent than the Port Wine and Oak variety. We have Robust and Mellow in each variety. Robust has a stronger mix of vinegars as characterized by the Argentinian style, while Mellow has a more mild personality. All vinaigrette's are vegan, gluten free and do not contain trans fat, MSG or preservatives. Each glass bottle is 375ml, approx. 12.7 ounces, with an antique green tint to protect the olive oil from damaging light exposure. Only 50 calories and 2 grams of sugar per tablespoon, and low in sodium at approx. between 110 and 135 mg per tablespoon serving. 23-servings per container.
